Scope and Contents The George A. Sinner Photograph Collection spans from the late 1970s and continues into the early 1990s; mostly of trips that Sinner took to the Republic of China and Japan when he was North Dakota Governor. This collection consists of ninety-three color photographic prints. They came as part of the accession of scrapbooks and artifacts from Sinner’s governorship.
